Our phones are manned from 9:30 to 16:00, however we are a small company and sometimes the phones can be left unattended for short periods of times throughout the day, this is normally for breaks and when help is needed in other company rolls.

We close the phones at 16:00 as this is normally a very busy time ensuring orders are dispatched in time for next day delivery, I will sometimes man the phones after this time if my help is not required in the packing room.

If you ring and the phone is engaged or just ringing through give it a little while and ring again, our phone has a very ear piercing sound and I can assure it is never left ringing when anyone is in the office.
