When we create you a returns number it is logged on our system as a pending return, If your RMA is on the outside of the package it will be marked as received when it reaches our warehouse.
If it does not have a returns number it will be put aside until a member of staff can open and examine the item for condition and customer information, the customer information is then entered into our returns database and marked as received.
We are very busy at times and the processing of non RMA returns can be delayed considerably, we always suggest getting a returns number before returning any faulty or not required items.
If you have marked your package clearly with an RMA on the outside of the box and not received a refund within 14 days please contact us.
In this situation it may be that the item has been lost in transit or we are experiencing a large amount of orders.
If your item has not been marked as received by our warehouse then it is likely that it has been lost in transit, in this situation you should contact Royal Mail through your local post office or on the internet and register a claim for compensation, this is available after 15 working days from despatch of your return, you need to enclose the original certificate of postage and their completed form and return it direct to them, more information is available through their website.
In rare circumstances refunds may be delayed due to excessive orders being received (caused by seasonal and promotional activity), in which case after the 14 days has elapsed and you have not received your refund please contact us on 08707 450028, provided it has been marked as received we are normally able to process your refund as we speak to you on the phone. |
